If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you have 30 days to return your products from date of purchase. Please do the following for a return : Contact customer service by email apturnersandblanks@gmail.com and let us know why you wish to return. Refunds take 3 - 5 working days from the receipt of the item. The cost of returns shipping will be paid by the customer unless the item is faulty/damaged in transit. Please obtain a proof of purchase from your return courier. Special Conditions To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange (even within 30 days of purchase) in certain situations, including:

• Products damaged by misuse, abuse, care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)

• Products showing excessive wear and tear

• Products that have been returned and not repackaged properly which has led to damage on return

• Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction

• Products that have been soiled or contaminated, until they have been properly cleaned

• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

• On rare occasions, past habitual abuse of our Returns Agreement.
